All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

  Carefully place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
